LEED® Green Building Council

We employ in-house LEED® accredited personnel fully trained in all aspects of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®). Our employees receive regular safety training through professional agencies that specialize in various areas of safety. Our foreman receive OSHA 30 certifications as well as first aid, CPR, and AED training.

Pre-Construction / Design Assist

No matter the size, we will ensure that your project is carefully crafted from conception to completion, diligently working with the design team to develop cost-saving opportunities that maximize constructibility. Our award-winning in-house CAD and Revit department can provide BIM services to meet any level of detail.

Construction

Bible Electric is a team player, working with the owner, general contractor, architect and other subcontractors, to ensure a quality project from design through closeout. Our workforce runs deep with talent and is sized to handle any pace you wish to work at.

Post-Construction

Upon project completion our staff will deliver as-built documents in an easy to read digital format. Owner manuals and warranty statements will be assembled per the project requirements and will include all necessary information to maintain the project for years to come.

As a small business Bible Electric was rarely required to do VDC/BIM coordination to the scale requested by the USAGE/Mortenson for the EAB HQ Project. Bible foresaw the benefits of the technology early and in lieu of just subcontracting this work out, they started developing these technologies in house. Not only did they manage to successfully complete the required preconstruction coordination, but, in the absence of a dedicated GC on-site ICC staff Bible Electric has led the BIM coordination efforts for the complex mod work added on by the USAGE. The fact that their on-site superintendent leads this effort in person is a testament to their belief in the VDC/BIM technologies.
