This project was a buildout of the design/build Zeppelin #2 core/shell project completed by Bible Electric. It consisted of 62,000 SQ FT of warehouse space and 4,000 SQ FT of office space.
A photometric was created to ensure that the project met the customers lighting level requirements. The warehouse space is lit up with Lithonia LED high-bays that were equipped with onboard occupancy sensors and are wired in place via Re-Loc wiring system. Large equipment connections include a styrofoam densifier, vertical baler, and trash compactor. Seventeen dock doors lined the north side of the facility and were equipped with dock lights and fans. A custom battery charger rack was constructed and installed by Bible Electric to provide a four-station forklift re-charging station. Other warehouse items included the installation of three custom IDF cabinets for data cable management, a warehouse command center for warehouse operation management, and two Big Ass Fans that were connected to the fire alarm system for emergency shutdown. This project also included 4,000 SQ FT of office space. Within this space an MDF room with UPS backup was installed. A large galley and break room as well as a conference room were also provided. The office space was also outfitted with a Lithonia lighting control system that is programmable via wireless devices such as an iPhone.
