The Peak Technology Campus is in Peak Innovation Park, the 900-acre master planned business park at the entrance to the Colorado Springs Airport.

The project is a 210,000-square-feet, Class A office development that will deliver secure-ready sites for the aerospace and defense industry and is the largest speculative project to break ground in more 10 years in Colorado Springs, according to Newmark Research.

Bible Electric is completing the electrical construction of Building 1, one of the four new single-story office buildings, with multi-tenant configurations and dedicated entries, loading docks, and secured satellite area.
