The new TEMF project consists of (2) 58,000 SQ FT tactical equipment maintenance facilities. Amenities such as a full lightning protection system, energy efficient LED high bays with integral occupancy sensors illuminate the service areas. Hazardous location wiring methods are utilized for service bay power systems. The 83 acre site also includes a distribution warehouse, (4) HAZMAT storage buildings, a UAV storage building, and (3) organizational storage buildings. A cathodic protection system has been installed to provide anti-corrosion capabilities to the water distribution system. Nearly 2 miles of medium voltage and communications duct bank were installed to support the new facilities as well as future expansion.
