USAFA 10th Medical Group Ambulatory Clinic

This project is a design build effort with Gilbane Federal and Leo A Daly. Approximately 40,000 square feet of space was gutted all the way down to the studs. Entire electrical and IT rooms were demoed and relocated all while maintaining power and signal to the rest of the building. New CT and MRI machines were installed in additions to the facility. Special systems such as nurse call, sound masking, access control, and Laerdal Sim-Labs were installed by Bible Electric and our project partners. Five new state-of-the-art operating rooms were also installed utilizing the existing critical power system and new isolation panels in each of the OR’s.

14,000 square feet of temporary swing spaces are utilized to move departments out of the clinic while remodeling takes place. With each move, Bible Electric has remodeled the swing space to meet the needs of the new department. Careful sequencing of this project was put to work to make sure each effected department only had to move two times.
